Although extremely rare, another albino deer was spotted earlier this year in Tennessee.
Albinism occurs is almost all species of animals, usually caused by a genetic defect. In deer the condition is considered hereditary, occurring in one out of 20,000 to 100,000 births.
Although not technically albino, a collection of white deer have been living on the Seneca Army Depot in Washington State since the 1940s.
